  • How do I place an order?
    You can contact us directly via WhatsApp for account opening and scheduled ordering.
  • Do you offer custom cakes?
    We currently offer a curated menu tailored for cafés and restaurants. Custom product development are available for bulk orders and events—let’s talk!
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?
    For business orders, the minimum order value is RM300 for deliveries within Klang Valley and RM500 for selected outstation areas, depending on the location. For locations outside our standard coverage, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) will vary based on product type and delivery distance. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote.
  • Are your cakes halal-certified?
    Yes! All our products are made in a halal-certified facility using halal-compliant ingredients.
  • What size are the cakes, and how many slices do they come with?
    Each cake is 9 inch in size and sliced into 12 slices.
  • Is there any charge for cake cutting and wrapping services?
    No, it's complimentary. All cakes are pre-sliced and individually wrapped for easy storage and handling.
  • Will your cakes taste fresh and good after being frozen?
    Of course! All of our products have undergone critical shelf-life testing before launching.
  • Are there any options if my order does not meet the MOQ?
    Yes! We are still able to provide delivery with charges, depending on the location. Alternatively, customers may opt for self-pickup from our central kitchen located at Cookhouse, TTDI, Level 1.
  • Can I request the cakes to be less sweet?
    All of our cakes are developed using a standardized recipe, and any adjustment to the ingredients may affect the overall taste and texture. Therefore, we do not recommend altering the recipe, even if it's just to reduce the sweetness.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver within Klang Valley, and have expanded to Negeri Sembilan and Genting. If your café is located outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we’d love to explore delivery options with you!
  • What is the delivery lead time?
    We typically require 2 working days for standard orders, depending on location and volume. For urgent orders, please reach out to check availability.
  • Can I schedule recurring deliveries for my café or business?
    Absolutely! We offer flexible recurring delivery slots with a moq to support your stock planning.
  • How are the cakes packaged?
    All cakes are securely packaged in food-safe, sturdy carton boxes to maintain freshness during transit. Each box measures approximately 10 inches and is stackable for easy storage.
  • Is your delivery handled in-house or through a third party?
    We currently have one in-house driver who handles most of our deliveries. During peak hours, we may also engage trusted third-party partners to ensure prompt delivery. Rest assured, we communicate closely with all drivers to ensure your cakes are handled with care—so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
  • What is your delivery schedule?
    Our delivery starts at 11 a.m. onwards every Monday to Friday. For any special requests, such as early delivery, late delivery, or loading bay operating hours, feel free to contact us for further discussion. We're more than happy to cooperate.
  • How long do your cakes last?
    Our cakes can be frozen for up to 1 month. We strongly recommend defrosting them overnight in the chiller at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C. Mille crepe and sponge cakes can be stored in the chiller for up to 3 days after defrosting, while moist cakes and cheesecakes can last up to 5 days.
  • What is storage for room temperature friendly cakes?
    For room temperature–friendly cakes, once thawed overnight in the chiller, they can be displayed at room temperature—away from direct heat and sunlight. At the end of the day, return the cakes to the chiller. These cakes have a shorter shelf life and are best finished within 2 days once stored at room temperature.
  • Can you support multiple outlets or franchise operations?
    Yes, our supply model is built to scale. We support multi-location businesses with centralized invoicing and reliable logistics. Talk to us!
  • What is your operation hours?
    We operate every Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are closed on weekends and certain public holidays, for which we will give advance notice to customers so they can plan their stock accordingly.
  • What should I do if I receive damaged cakes upon delivery?
    Any damaged cakes received upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours. An investigation will be carried out, and once the issue is resolved, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement for our customers. We strongly suggest that customers check the condition of the cake upon delivery before the driver leaves.
  • What should I do if defective cakes are found 1 day later?
    We will carry out an investigation to determine the root cause. If it is a technical issue caused by production, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement for customers. If it is caused by other factors, we will also assist to the best of our ability in resolving the issue together.
